**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Delivered the best in class, innovative user experiences for our fans & clients working directly with design leadership, product leads, engineering leads, and various business stakeholders across multiple time zones (mostly EST & GMT) and having an experience range of 4+ in UI Design domain.
- Used core information architecture and interaction design skills to take product design deliverables through a full project lifecycle.
- Conducted user/market, usability, and competitive design research.
- Identified user types, scenarios, journeys, and flow/decision maps and produce the relevant documentation to convey this vision.
- Worked on tools like Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin, Axure, InVision, etc.
- Grounded in principles, methodology, and practices of digital product design with proven hands-on experience in a working environment, i.e. UX design, UX research, interface design, mobile app design, interaction design
- Participated in and/or led ideation workshops with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in team leading and mentoring the team.
- Good Communication
**Good To Have**:
- Identified capabilities and limitations of technologies that are used to create powerful interactive experiences: HTML / CSS / AJAX / JavaScript / SQL.
- Experience in portfolio presentation with cross-platform product design works.
- Able to provide a range of innovative and compositionally strong design solutions.
- Experience in grid systems and layouts and/or exceptional typography and graphic design desired.
- Creative thought process and strong analytical working mind.
