JD Diamond Customer Support Responsibilities:

- Provide VIP-level customer service to our diamond customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with diamond customers through personalized communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Act as a liaison between diamond customers and internal departments to ensure prompt resolution of issues and fulfillment of requests.
- Anticipate the needs and preferences of diamond customers, proactively offering tailored solutions and recommendations.
- Coordinate special requests and arrangements for diamond customers, such as expedited shipping, exclusive offers, and personalized experiences.
- Monitor diamond customer accounts and activity, identifying opportunities to enhance their experience and increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and promotions aimed at retaining and growing the diamond customer base.
- Maintain accurate records of diamond customer interactions, transactions, and preferences in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in VIP customer service to continuously improve our diamond customer program.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in spoken and written Hindi and English, with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably with a focus on VIP or high-value customers.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diamond customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and tact.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays to accommodate diamond customers' needs and time zones.
- Passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our most valued customers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
