**Marcom Executive JD**

Experience - 4 to 8 years

Location - Vadodara/Ahmedabad

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales & Tech teams to develop a cohesive brand narrative that aligns with our company values and resonates with our target audience.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
- Continuously iterate and improve our visual brand language based on user testing, research, and analytics.
- Ensure all brand assets are high quality, engaging, and consistent with our brand standards.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the Growth and Strategy teams to develop campaigns grounded in a strategic approach that drive user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams at all levels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Develop a design system that enables the Marketing/Sales team to create consistent and on-brand collateral across all channels.
- Conduct user research and testing to gain insights into how users perceive our brand and how we can improve our visual identity.
- Implement a process for gathering and incorporating feedback from internal stakeholders and clients into the design process.
- Create brand guidelines and training materials to ensure consistent brand execution across all teams.
- Experience in Sales Support & Business Development is a must. The role has an element of prospecting customers and generating leads.
- This role is a mix of marketing, sales support & presales.
- As a key member in the sales support, should be able to work in tight deadlines and should be willing to take leads/revenue targets.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration
- 4 - 6 years of experience in branding, graphic design, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the software ecosystem.
- Excellent design skills with a portfolio that showcases your ability to create compelling visuals that align with brand strategy.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
