- Certified Pega Decisioning consultant
- Certified Pega Marketing consultant
- Pega decisioning exp is mandate (Don’t share Pega PRPC/case management profile for this)
- Experience in Pega 7.x, 8.x versions.
- Experience in implementing workflows, case types, data pages, decision rules and other key rules types of pega.
- Experience in implementing Pega decisioning rules, Strategies, channel configurations and data flows etc.
- Experience in developing, monitoring and troubleshooting batch campaigns.
- Knowledge of data flows, Next best action, VBD and proposition management. Understand large data processing and managing interaction history.
- Good understanding of Pega DSM concepts.
- Certifications: CSA/CSSA CPDC
- (1.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussions or review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
- (2.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
- (3.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
- (4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
