**Position Narrative (Overview)** -**

By joining our engineering team, you'll experience a wide breadth of technologies and responsibilities that will challenge you each day. On this team you'll wear many hats: Systems Engineer, Network Engineer, DevOps Engineer, and Architect. It will be nearly impossible for you to get bored due to variety of stuff you will get to do. We hope that excites you.

**What you'll do**:

- Manage, monitor, and deploy AWS infrastructure
- Guide us to better tools and practices, and champion the adoption of better technologies
- Join our team in on-call responsibilities where you'll identify patterns of troubled services and work with developers to create long-term solutions

**We're looking for someone who has**:

- Minimum 5 years' experience with AWS cloud infrastructure. Automation, build systems, and DevOps methodologies
- Experience with Amazon AWS EC2, S3, Route 53, VPC, site to site VPN, AWS service Endpoints, Load Balancers etc.
- Experience with MS SQL server deployment and configuration.
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment automation tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, Gitlab, Terraform or equivalent technologies
- Extremely self-motivated person with an eye for thoughtfully automating humans out of most equations.
- You feel that whatever the task, there's probably a better way to do it.
- Can thrive in a 100% remote environment and independently learn new technologies.
- Basics in network technologies and acronyms.
- Bias towards action.
