7.Inventory Management: Collaborating with inventory management teams to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory or stockouts. Monitoring inventory turnover, analyzing demand patterns, and coordinating with suppliers to manage lead times and delivery schedules.

8.Cost Control and Budgeting: Monitoring procurement expenditure and analyzing cost-saving opportunities. Implementing cost-control measures, negotiating discounts, and seeking alternative suppliers or products to reduce costs while maintaining quality.

9.Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring procurement activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies. Assessing and managing risks associated with the procurement process, such as supply chain disruptions, quality issues, or legal and ethical concerns.

10.Market Research and Supplier Development: Staying updated with market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies. Identifying potential new suppliers, products, or sourcing strategies that can improve operational efficiency and competitiveness.
