**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote and sell OG Farms' products in various channels including retail stores, resorts, restaurants, and wholesalers.
- Identify and approach potential clients, building strong relationships and closing sales deals.
- Manage existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and sales leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and address client inquiries or issues.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to management.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events to promote OG Farms India.
- Provide valuable feedback to the management team to enhance product offerings and customer experience.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales, preferably in agriculture or FMCG sectors.
- Strong knowledge of retail, wholesale, and B2B sales environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Familiarity with agriculture products or interest in the agri-tech sector is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
