**Key Responsibilities**:

- Developing and delivering educational lectures, seminars, and workshops for medical students and residents in TB & Chest Medicine.
- Providing clinical care to patients with tuberculosis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and other chest-related conditions.
- Conducting research studies and publishing findings in peer-reviewed journals to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in pulmonary medicine.
- Participating in the diagnosis and management of complex cases in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Supervising and mentoring junior faculty, residents, and medical students in clinical and research activities.
- Contributing to curriculum development and assessment processes in TB & Chest Medicine.
- Participating in departmental meetings, committees, and academic activities to promote excellence in education and patient care.
- Providing consultation services to healthcare facilities and community organizations on TB prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Collaborating with public health agencies and NGOs to implement TB control programs and initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, ethical guidelines, and best practices in TB & Chest Medicine.

**Key Skills**:

- Medical degree (MBBS) with postgraduate qualification (MD/DNB) in Pulmonary Medicine or equivalent.
- Experience in teaching medical students and residents in TB & Chest Medicine.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and managing tuberculosis, COPD, asthma, and other chest-related disorders.
- Strong research skills with a track record of publications in pulmonary medicine journals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, colleagues, and patients.
- Leadership abilities to supervise and mentor junior faculty and trainees.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and lifelong learning in pulmonary medicine.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Knowledge of healthcare policies, guidelines, and regulations related to TB control and chest medicine.
- Registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council.
