**Responsibilities**:
Design engaging training materials, presentations, and handouts to facilitate effective learning experiences.

Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in digital marketing and incorporate them into training programs.

Conduct training needs assessments and identify skill gaps to customize training programs accordingly.

Provide individual coaching and mentoring to trainees, addressing their specific learning needs and challenges.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback, and make necessary improvements.

Collaborate with the team to develop digital marketing training strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Assist in the recruitment and selection of digital marketing trainees when required.

Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and share relevant insights and knowledge with trainees.

Maintain training records, attendance, and other relevant documentation.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. A relevant certification in digital marketing will be an advantage.

Proven work experience as a digital marketer or in a similar role.

In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, tools, and strategies.

Excellent presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex topics to diverse audiences.

Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs, workshops, or seminars.

Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
