Front Office Receptionist

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
**FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE - CLUB OPERATIONS**
- Scheduling appointments with clients to start new membership or follow up on past memberships
- Monitoring the front desk and answering incoming calls, greeting customers as they enter the club, and answering questions about the facilities services
- Taking care of basic customer service tasks such as answering phones, greeting clients by name, and checking in members
- Updating member records with new contact information and payment details
- Maintaining membership records and processing fees as directed by management
- Collecting payment from members for all operational activities in the club
- Explaining facility policies and procedures to new members and helping them get acquainted with the facility
- Making announcements over the public address system about events taking place at the gym or facility or about facility policies
- Managing the online and offline bookings & keep a track on payments received.
- Issuing Booking confirmation cards to the members and non-members.
- Collection of Cash payments and keep record of the same.
- Keep an eye on security management
- Managing event bookings and send the quotes after approval of management
- Club tour and briefing to clients
**Essential Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to solve problems, take initiative and plan the tasks
- Ability work in a team with high people orientation is must
**Educational Qualification**: Minimum Graduate, Hotel Management
**Experience**: 2 - 4 years
Working Days: 6 days in a week
Time: 10 a.m. to 7.00 p.m.
Location: Sion - Bandra Link Road, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
