**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, engage, and qualify potential clients through outbound activities and inbound leads.**:

- **Sales Process Management: Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, including product presentations, negotiations, and contract signings.**:

- **Product Demos: Provide product demonstrations tailored to the customer’s needs, showcasing how our SaaS solution can solve their pain points.**:

- **Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.**:

- **Sales Targets: Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.**:

- **Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer success, and product teams to optimize the sales process and improve customer onboarding.**:

- **Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in SaaS solutions to enhance your sales approach.**

**Required Qualifications**:

- **Experience: 2-3 years of experience in SaaS sales or related fields.**:

- **Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with relevant experience).**:

- **Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas in a SaaS environment.**:

- **Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions in a clear and concise manner.**:

- **Technical Acumen: Ability to quickly learn and understand new software platforms and convey their value to customers.**:

- **Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to address client concerns and close deals effectively.**:

- **CRM Knowledge: Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, pipeline, and client interactions.**:

- **Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple prospects and clients simultaneously.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients.**:

- **Familiarity with relevant SaaS verticals, such as HR, marketing automation, customer service platforms, etc.**:

- **Previous experience with consultative selling or solution selling techniques.**

Pay: ₹8,131.75 - ₹35,000.00 per month
