**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with product management and development teams to understand business and user requirements.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.
- Create and maintain design guidelines, standards, and style guides for our products.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Be responsible for the design of the entire user experience, from initial concept to final implementation.
- Take ownership of design projects, ensuring that they are completed on time and to a high standard.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in design-related fields or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or other similar design tools.
- Good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Working hours**:

- Mon-Friday - 9 AM to 6 PM

**Working Location**:WeWork Salarpuria Symbiosis, Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore

**Work mode**:OnSite(No remote working option)

**Requirements**:
**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or a similar role.
- A portfolio that showcases your design skills, process, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
- Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and creating design systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in design, HCI, or a related field is preferred.
