**Job Title**: Solution architect - Salesforce platforms (Consumer Care)

**In this role, you have the opportunity to**

contribute directly to the transformation and technical redesign of the customer support platform ecosystem of Philips. This as part of the overall transformation of Philips into a digital and integrated company.

We are looking for an energized professional with experience working in international multidisciplinary digital teams in Scaled Agile environments. You have experience in leading complex programs, delivered via several integration partners plus a focus on professional customers, strong acumen in CRM (cloud computing) and contact center experience. You are highly oriented on delivering results quickly, effectively, and with first-time-right focus on quality.

You have excellent knowledge and shown proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Warranty Claims module of SF Manufacturing Cloud

A special team created within Digital IT to accelerate the technical implementation, redesign and improving Philips customer service platforms for the coming years.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- As a Solution Architect specializing in the Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable and robust solutions built on Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and project managers, to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Design scalable and efficient solutions that meet business requirements and adhere to best practices
- Build configurable solutions that comprise out of the box components, reports, custom objects, and validation rules.
- Lead the end-to-end development, including configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
- Provide user training support to business users and internal teams to ensure smooth adoption of the solution.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and best practices Manage various Salesforce projects, including analyzing requirements, translating into technical solutions, architecture, and design deliverables.
- Develop and maintain the architectural vision and strategy for Salesforce Cloud Landscape.
- Formulate and maintain salesforce solution documentation. (e.g., process flows, data models, and technical specifications)
- Works with the development team, Product Owner, Business Process Owner and other key stakeholders to ensure that the most significant business requirements are addressed.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, providing guidance and support to the development team Familiarity with the backlog grooming process, attributes, review, and approval process.
- Assist the product owner in defining value and priority and selecting scope for upcoming releases and sprints by facilitating the continuing backlog grooming process.
- Maintain a functional grasp of the business requirements and project solutions.
- Should have knowledge of AppExchange, Automation, Collaboration, Data Management, Reports & Dashboard and any other relevant aspects of Salesforce tools Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve the Salesforce Solution.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Experience with release management, source control, and deployment technologies such as CI/CD pipelines, Metadata API, and integration services
- Experience with cross-cloud Salesforce (SFDC) implementations integrated with other cloud and on-premise systems
- Awareness of platform-specific design considerations such as large data volumes, allocation limits, and data migration, Knowledge of software design principles

**Requirements and Skill**
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience as a Solution Architect, with a focus on Salesforce Salesforce certified professional.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with Sales & Service cloud and Experience Cloud Experience in Salesforce development (flows, lightning web components/Aura)
- Exposure to API integration and best practices.
- Experience with integration technologies and middleware solutions (e.g., MuleSoft, ETL Tool, REST/SOAP APIs).
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
- Ability to conceptualize and develop conceptual design documents (Data Model Design, Process & flows design).
- Experience & understanding of industry-standard Manufacturing/Service processes.
- Excellent knowledge and shown proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud.
- Knowledge of development tools and processes that will aid in formulating use cases
