Job Title: Admin cum Receptionist
Time: 2 to 8 pm
Location: Katargam
Pay: 6000 to 11000

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Reception Duties:
- Greet visitors and provide them with a warm welcome.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Respond to inquiries from students and parents regarding course offerings, schedules, fees, etc.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
2. Administrative Support:
- Assist in managing student registrations, including processing enrollment forms and payments.
- Maintain accurate student records and update the database as necessary.
- Coordinate with instructors and staff regarding class schedules and student attendance.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
3. Office Management:
- Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines.
- Assist in coordinating meetings and events held at the institute.
- Help maintain a clean and orderly office environment.
4. Miscellaneous:
- Assist in marketing activities such as distributing promotional materials and assisting with social media updates.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 36 per week
