**Qualification**:

- BSc Chemistry
- MSc Chemistry
- B. Pharm
- D. Pharm
- 2+ years of experience in a production chemist role, preferably in the cosmetics industry.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- **New launch, R&D, QC, New formulation and ingredient search.**:

- **Bench marketing**:

- **Viscosity Controller**:

- **Cosmetic launch, Own Launch**:

- Develop and implement production processes for herbal beauty products and perfumes.
- Ensure that production procedures are carried out in compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
- Monitor the production process, troubleshoot issues and ensure that production targets are met.
- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Work with the Quality Control team to ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
- Develop and maintain documentation of production procedures, testing results, and other related documents.
- Train and supervise production staff in the use of production equipment and adherence to standard operating procedure

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in a production chemist role, preferably in the cosmetics industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of production equipment and processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.

**Salary**: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
