**Job Title: Digital Marketing Intern**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and schedule engaging social media content for various platforms, monitor social media channels, and engage with users to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
- Assist in managing and updating company websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.
- Assist in conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify digital marketing trends and opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and provide regular reports to the founding team to evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and make recommendations for incorporating new strategies or technologies into our marketing efforts.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or holds a course certificate in Digital Marketing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Basic Knowledge on how to work on WordPress Websites
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and basic data analysis skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think critically and problem-solve.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

This is a paid internship with a flexible schedule and the potential for remote work, requiring a commitment of 30-35 hours per week for 2-3 months and might even get to work fulltime by joining our team. The Digital Marketing Intern will lead the digital marketing team and report to the Founding team and will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in digital marketing strategies and tactics, as well as gaining the experience of working in an early-stage startup.

**Salary**: ₹7,500.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
