Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Qualify leads and determine their needs and budget for our products.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets along with sales team.

Assure product presentations and provide customers with product information and pricing details.

Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.

Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales campaigns.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in our CRM system.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Minimum of Fresher-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the furniture or doors/windows industry.

**Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.**

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
