**About the Company**
- We assist the HR of the client’s company to administer their US Benefits program like Medical, Dental Vision, Life, STD, LTD, Voluntary life insurance.

Employers need assistance in seamlessly integrating on-boarding, compliance, payroll, benefits, and retirement programs with other HR functions. We take on these activities so that the employers can concentrate on their core business functions.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Executive to join our Team. As Executive, you will play a critical role in managing data transfer processes, conducting audits, and providing support to our client/partners operations.

**Key Skills -**
- Work experience from the US Benefits Administration US Insurance.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Basic/ Intermediate understanding and knowledge of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
- Should be Detail Oriented
- Willingness to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to troubleshoot critical incidents.
- Ability to multi-task and re-align activities to meet daily deadlines.
- Experience in Customer/Vendor Service skills
- Experience in handling large volume of data
- Exposure to completion of daily tasks and deliverables
- Achievement of one or more critical responsibility with previous employer/university
- Balanced approach towards data accuracy at par with quality

**Roles and Responsibilities -**
- Manage the Client’s employee benefits programs, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
- Conduct data transfers between the Enrolment system and the benefits providers.
- Monitor data transfer processes to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Perform audits of the benefits data with carrier data to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Update employee demographic information and generate payroll reports for benefits-related expenses.
- Provide support to clients and partners regarding their benefits, eligibility, and enrolment questions.
- Document and update standard operating procedures for data transfer and audit processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹245,000.00 per year
