**Job Description**:
Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

(Ideally should not be more than 3-5)

1. Hands-on experience with Abbott Informatics - STARLIMS

2. Configuration, Customization knowledge of STARLIMS - SSL, DS and HTML5

3. Hands-on experience with Abbott Informatics - SDMS

4. Hands-on experience in SAP Crystal Reports

5. Hands on experience in StarLIMS Web Services

6. Knowledge of ELN - BioVia and its configuration

8. Good business process knowledge of Lab Informatics area

9. Good knowledge of SQL

Good-to-Have Ability to understand customer needs, good communication skills, GxP Compliance

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Application Management and Administration

3 Provide support which include configuration, administration, documentation, bug fixes, and training.

4 Deployments of fixes/changes/enhancement in different environments, as required

5 Interact with end-user in case of any clarifications required
