- The Advisory teams provide strategic capital projects & transaction advisory services for major projects in the infrastructure market across all phases of the business life cycle, informed by our operational knowledge and deep functional expertise. By integrating both strategic and technical expertise we serve the “whole client” from the executive leadership to those who procure deliver projects and operations. Our group cuts across the different market sectors in the region which includes Water & Environment, Transportation, Built Environment and Healthcare._
- We seek a talented and dynamic _**_Technical Advisor -Transactions_**_ with relevant experience to join our growing team and work collaboratively with the Regional Strategic Consulting Teams. _

**_Job Responsibilities :_**
- _As a Technical advisor - Transactions, your_ main responsibility will be to work with the regional consulting teams by participating in the development and driving growth of the team within the Jacobs organization. _
- _You will work on strategic positioning and value proposition development, including internal coordination across practice network. You’ll be part of strategic technical analysis, due diligence, and high-level transaction advice on major infrastructure project development and procurement (traditional and alternative PPP models), _presenting findings to clients and implementing follow-on programs._
- _You will be working on key regional projects in the public-private partnerships (PPP or P3) market and assist in best practices. This includes the development, structuring and delivery of PPP projects that draw on commercial and non-commercial financing across all sectors. You will be involved in the preparation of value-for-money analysis reports which include option analysis, due diligence and benefits/cost assessments; oversee drafting and final output of technical reports, findings and responding to queries for public and/or private client work. You will support our clients to formulate policies, strategies and programs to accelerate private sector development and public-private-partnerships. _
- _You’ll work on time-sensitive projects such as: strategy development, due diligence, risk appraisal, project monitoring, demand, revenue and CapEx/OpEx modeling, performance modelling, business case and economic appraisal. This role is vital in helping to monitor the investment climate in the Region, as you engage financial institutions, client_ and other stakeholders in policy dialogue on reforms to enhance the incentive framework for increased private participation. _

Essential Qualification:_**
- _A postgraduate or professional qualification in planning, engineering, architecture, business administration (MBA), finance, or related field._
- _More than 5 years of _prior experience in the development and use of capital project business models including demand and revenue, feasibility studies, performance, business case economic appraisal, construction and operating & maintenance costs_._
- _Experience in PPP projects, preferably in the Middle East region / Healthcare Market Segment. _
- _Working knowledge of the PPP process (e.g. National Centre of Privatization (NCP) process) _
- _Excellent analytical, quantitative, qualitative, strategic thinking, and decision-makin
