**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning**: Develop and manage detailed production schedules in coordination with design, sourcing, and other teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure the timely sourcing of fabrics, trims, and other materials, as well as quality control of outsourced production.
- **Cost Management**: Monitor production costs and implement strategies to reduce expenses while maintaining product quality and design integrity.
- **Quality Assurance**: Establish and oversee quality control processes during each stage of production, from raw materials to final inspection.
- **Team Supervision**: Lead and manage production staff, including pattern makers, cutters, sewers, and finishing teams, to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- **Inventory and Materials Management**: Ensure accurate tracking of fabric and material inventory, working with purchasing teams to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- **Process Improvement**: Analyze production workflows and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and address production issues such as delays, quality problems, or supply shortages, ensuring timely resolution.
- **Compliance**: Ensure that the production process complies with industry standards, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
- **Collaboration with Design Teams**: Work closely with the design and development teams to interpret designs and translate them into manufacturable products while maintaining design aesthetics.
- **Technology Utilization**: Implement and oversee the use of production management software, ERP systems, or other digital tools to track production schedules, inventory, and order statuses.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹44,767.15 per month
