**As a part of this team, you’ll**:

- Be the Creative Mastermind: You get to create awe-inspiring sports jersey concepts that encompass style, innovation, and functionality while being in line with the brand ethos/positioning.
- Be a Trendsetter: You stay on top of the latest fashion trends and sports industry developments to ensure our designs are always ahead of the curve.
- Be the Project Manager: It doesn't stop at just designing Designing, developing the range and communicating the details and specifications with vendors, ensuring products are developed as per plan.
- Be at your Collaborative Best: You get to work closely with various teams in production, marketing to bring your designs from sketch to reality.
- Be the R & D Expert: On one hand constantly exploring new materials, fabrics, printing techniques, and embellishments to push the boundaries of sports jersey design. On the other hand lead initiatives to thoroughly understand our customer profiles and address targeted niche concepts. (To give the Wow effect)
- Be the Visual Storyteller: Develop design narratives that evoke emotion, pride, and a sense of belonging for fans and athletes alike. Whip up mood boards that scream "This season is going to be legendary"
- Be driving continual improvement: We love Feedbacks Collating user feedback from Support teams on the products sold and integrating it into future releases and brand communication will be a fascinating part of the work.
- Be the most important checkpoint for Quality Assurance: Collaborate with manufacturers to ensure the highest standards of quality, durability, and comfort in every jersey produced.
- Be a Marketing Hero: Actively join forces with the Marketing dream team to cook up captivating storylines and themes for each range, ensuring our message hits the consumers like a confetti cannon of awesomeness

**What we need from you, the must haves**:

- Your experience of at least 3 years designing garments in Sports Apparel and Activewear, for top global and Indian brands.
- Your skills and knowledge gained in Post graduation/graduation in fashion/apparel design and merchandising (or a related discipline) from top colleges like NIFT, NID or equivalent.
- Your go-getter attitude with an ability to take ownership of the category and the entire design process.
- Your drive to see the end to end complete process from your sketch to reality.
- Your keen eye for detail ensures accuracy and precision in design specifications, sizing, and logo placement for each team's unique requirements.
- Your extensive technical knowledge in the production process, fit, fabrics, garment construction, manufacturing and costing.
- Your proficiency in working with one or many of the prevalent design tools like Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Photoshop. Previous experience of working with 3D design tools like 3D CAD or CLO 3D will be beneficial.
