Admisson Counsellor

We have an immediate requirement for the position of a Admission Counselor.

Responsibilities and Duties

**Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the Admin/Front office in a smooth manner which includes handling admissions, counselling, handling parent queries/concerns, holding presentations, generating data base through various field promotional activities, market research and competition analysis.**

Should convert the prospective parent inquiries into admissions by counseling, follow up.

Should be responsible for Handling outbound calls and Incoming calls and should be responsible in handling a team.

Provide support in the procedure of admission.Clarify the doubts related to admission and school life in general.

Manage the data of visitors and admissions on daily basis and have to arrange school tour for prospective parents.

Required Experience and Qualifications

Should be good at MS - Office

Should be able to work with a Team.

Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills and convincing power.

Should be Service oriented attitude, flexible with school timings.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others or in teams.

Flexible, patient, creative.

Should have excellent Problem solving skills, Tele-calling skills, soft skills & parent interaction.

Experience: Applicants must have at least 3+ years of relevant experience.

Qualification: Graduates/ Post-graduates with good communication.

Interview Process:
Round 1 : Personal Round

Round 2 : HR (Final Round)

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
