Position: IT Executive L2

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support for call center agents, supervisors, and administrators.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to telephony systems and dialer software.
- Configure, optimize and maintain the dialer system for efficient outbound calling campaigns.
- Monitor call center system performance and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Generate reports and analyze call center metrics for performance optimization.
- Conduct user training and create documentation for telephony systems and dialer software.
- Collaborate with IT teams, call center management, and vendors for issue resolution.
- Ensure data management compliance and security.
- Identify areas for process improvement to enhance call center efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends in call center operations and telephony systems.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Prior experience in call center operations and familiarity with dialer software.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in telephony systems and dialer management.
- Familiarity with call center analytics and reporting.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Understanding of data management and compliance regulations.
- Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on industry trends.

**Salary**: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
