Jr/executive- Downstream

Responsible to purification Process Development, scale up and manufacturing of biomolecules like protein under cGMP conditions.

Execute the downstream operations.

Filling the Protocols/BMR process documents on time.

Data mining, sorting and escalate the results or observations to line manager.

Materials readiness, preparation of buffers and ensure the pre-requisites for the batch (GLP/cGMP). Getting the results from QC, raising requests to CFTs

Purification of proteins and using chromatography, filtration and other techniques.

Proven skills in purification of proteins

Handling of novasep systems, AKTA pilot and column unpacking packing etc.

Experience onfiltration, TFF, precipitation, chromatography, handling of inclusion bodies, Disassembly, reassembly.
