Role Overview: As a Chinese Language Teacher, you will have the exciting opportunity to help students learn Mandarin Chinese and discover the richness of Chinese culture. Your role is to create a fun and supportive learning environment where students can develop their language skills and cultural understanding.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Teach Chinese Language: Conduct engaging Chinese language classes for students of different ages and proficiency levels, focusing on speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

2. Plan Lessons: Prepare interesting and interactive lesson plans that make learning Chinese enjoyable and effective.

3. Supportive Guidance: Encourage and support students throughout their language learning journey, helping them build confidence and overcome challenges.

4. Cultural Exploration: Introduce Chinese traditions, customs, and celebrations to foster an appreciation of Chinese culture.

5. Assess Student Progress: Regularly assess students' language skills to track their progress and provide constructive feedback.

6. Classroom Management: Maintain a friendly and organized classroom environment that promotes a positive learning atmosphere.

7. Collaboration: Work with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and supportive school community.

Qualifications and Requirements:

- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
- Previous teaching experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and a passion for teaching are more important to us.
- Basic English proficiency for communication with colleagues and students.
