Submission of data to Bankers on a regular basis and monitoring the compliances of covenants of borrowings
Preparation of MIS (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash flow and Management reports) on monthly basis
Submission of various returns and documents to banks such as renewal of facilities and compliance related activities on monthly / quarterly / half yearly basis.
Coordination with Internal Auditors and completion of reports for presentation to the Board on quarterly basis
Preparation and finalization of accounts on quarterly and annual basis
Payments finalization and Cash flow monitoring on daily basis
Submission of various returns and documents to banks such as renewal of facilities and compliance related activities on monthly / quarterly / half yearly basis.
Assistance in preparation of presentations for board meetings and other related matters for quarterly and annual preparation of financial results.
