**_PA/PD, Retirement function_**

**_We require someone with extensive knowledge and experience in retirement, benefits and related experience. _**

**_Responsibilities_**:
**_ _**

**_In this role you will be responsible for all the activities related to retirement, benefits which typically include:_**

**_ _**

**_Responsible for enrolling participants into retirement plans, updating beneficiary information and processing of loans and rollovers_**

**_ _**
**_Responsible for keeping contribution records of retirement participants under the allocated plan_**

**_ _**
**_Processing payouts to the participants from their retirement plans and processing ad-hoc requests_**

**_ _**
**_Aiding plan sponsors with administration of their retirement plans, including contribution calculation, non-standard trading, participant financial activity and other complex record keeping functions_**

**_ _**
**_Reconciliation of funds and cash at plan level and participant level and research on the outage_**

**_ _**
**_Reviewing retirement paperwork for accuracy and completeness_**

**_ _**
**_Reviewing and validating reports, researching and correcting errors as appropriate_**

**_ _**
**_Quality control reviews and following standard operating procedures to provide quality, timely and services within the agreed service levels_**

**_Bachelor's degree in Commerce or equivalent field_**

**_Relevant Experience_**

**_Good Written/Verbal Communication_**
