**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Can you write a sparkling copy? Set our brand apart from the crowd? Engage in give-and-take with designers and developer pros? The right individual for this job must have a broad vision of how to effectively communicate our ideas and products to clients and other stakeholders. He or she must understand how to develop a content strategy across a variety of media, connecting with different audiences and client types on a broad array of topics. He or she must be able to turn complicated ideas into engaging copy across different channels and formats, Types of content may include: web copy, product documentation, re-writing technical content, blog, and social media posts for a broad audience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Creating well-researched accurate, clear, clean, “can’t put it down” content quickly. Short and pitchy is highly prized, whether it’s webpages or social media posts
- Work closely with user research, product, and design to create content for new programs and user groups
- Researching and fact-checking highly sought-after topics across various platforms.
- Working closely with graphic designers, UX professionals and developers.
- Tracking and analyzing content performance to continue driving visibility across search and social channels

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE THAT WILL HELP YOU EXCEL**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including understanding how to write with a specific tone relevant to target client segments and for different channels/formats
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to work on multiple projects/plans, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- A strong visual sense is prized.
- Confident self-starter with proven leadership qualities and strong partnership skills
- Ability to work in a matrix work environment.
- Ability to drive a task to completion, professionalism, and collegiality
- 2+ years of professional creative writing, copywriting, content/marketing experience (bonus points if you have a killer portfolio that showcases your work)
