**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Student Engagement**:

- Foster a positive and engaging learning environment to encourage student participation.
- Conduct interactive sessions that align with IGCSE or CBSE standards, building students’ interest and confidence in Mathematics.
- **Curriculum Delivery**:

- Teach Mathematics to students across Grades 1 to 12 for **IGCSE or CBSE Boards**, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of concepts.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching materials tailored to the specific requirements of the IGCSE or CBSE curriculum.
- Adapt teaching techniques to suit the needs and learning styles of students.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline and ensure a productive learning environment in the classroom.
- Address individual student queries effectively and with patience.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and performance reports.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with school management, colleagues, and parents to address student progress and challenges.
- Participate in school meetings, workshops, and training programs for continuous improvement.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Design and administer tests, assignments, and projects that align with IGCSE or CBSE frameworks.
- Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and offer support for areas of improvement.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s (B.Sc.) or Master’s (M.Sc.) degree in Mathematics.
- **Experience**:

- 1-5 years of teaching experience in a school environment.
- Prior experience in handling **IGCSE or CBSE** Board is mandatory.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of the IGCSE or CBSE Mathematics syllabus.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to design engaging lesson plans and deliver interactive teaching sessions.
