**Your future duties and responsibilities**
- Web/app automation experience and also exposed to manual testing
- Experience in writing automation tools/framework (Selenium, Appium, TestNG, Cucumber, SoapUI)
- Must be proficient in Java and object oriented programing, Good to have development experience
- Should have been part of automation solutions / test automation frameworks development
- Workload analysis, Test planning, designing test scripts, performance test execution and analysis of performance test results
- Identify & document performance issues/ defects and provide recommendations.
- Support CI/CD performance automation & observability
- Ability to work independently to triage issues and prioritize tasks
- Communicate critical issues and status updates in a timely and proactive manner
- Work independently on a given task with little to minimum assistance and within the framework of a team
- Strong automation experience UI, API
- Experience with versioning systems (Subversion-SVN, Git / Git Hub)
- Experience with Continuous Integration (Jenkins, others)
- Understanding of XML, JSON, REST, SOAP etc and demonstrated experience with web services APIs
- Ability to learn new testing tools and approaches appropriate to the technologies being utilized
- Must be able to work independently and with minimum supervision
- Hands on experience in Python and JMeter scripting
- Hands-on experience in UNIX shell scripting, writing SQL queries
- Experience with CI/CD tools - Jenkins, git, udeploy
