**Job Summary**

Accountant

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Daily update of Transactions.
- Filing of statutory returns.
- Raising Purchase Order, Invoice and maintaining Cash Vouchers
- Proper Filing of Office Documents.
- Weekly reporting to Management.
- Assist Audit team during Audits.
- Prepare financial reports and other business reports as required by the management.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Guides accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Secures financial information by completing data base backups.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Graduate with 1-4 year of experience.
- Sound Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pen, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (required)
- Accounting: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

- Tally Experience (required)
