**Conceptualization and Visualization**: Develop creative concepts and design solutions that meet the objectives of the project while effectively communicating the intended message.
- **Graphic Design**: Create designs, layouts, and artwork for a variety of mediums including print, digital, and multimedia platforms.
- **Brand Identity**: Develop and maintain visual brand identity guidelines, ensuring consistency across all design elements.
- **Client Interaction**: Collaborate with clients or internal stakeholders to understand their design requirements and preferences, and incorporate feedback into the design process.
- **Software Proficiency**: Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools to create high-quality designs.
- **Typography and Layout**: Select appropriate typography, layout, and color schemes to enhance the visual appeal and readability of designs.
- **Image Editing and Manipulation**: Edit and manipulate images to enhance their quality and relevance to the project requirements.
- **Print Production**: Prepare designs for print production, including specifying print requirements, reviewing proofs, and ensuring accuracy in final output.
- **Creative Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with other members of the creative team, including copywriters, photographers, and web developers, to achieve project objectives.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree**: A degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field is preferred.
- **Portfolio**: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across different mediums and styles.
- **Creativity**: Demonstrated creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate innovative design concepts.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and a good understanding of design principles and techniques.
- **Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in design execution, with a keen eye for typography, layout, and color.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication skills, both verbal and visual, to effectively present and articulate design concepts to clients and team members.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
