NAF have opened their first captive center in India in Perungalathur, Chennai. We are looking for Process associates

**Responsibilities**:

- Develops and maintains thorough understanding of procedures and processes by participating in KT Performs
- Operational activities aligning with procedural requirements (E.g., Documents review, Indexing, etc.)
- Achieve / Exceed KPIs (Productivity ,Quality, etc.) as defined

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication in English.
- Willing to work in US shift time zone
- Arts and Science graduates

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹1.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- US shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Shift allowance
