- Diploma in Computers, IT, or Electronics; B.Sc. - IT**Experience**:
Total Exp: 15+ Yrs. Exp as CISO: Minimum 3 years

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, implement & review Information Security and Data protection strategy across the organization~~ -Build and manage robust cyber security and cyber resilience framework at organization~~ -Define and facilitate the information security risk assessment process~~ -Review and implement Incident Management and Security Operation Center process~~ -Develop and oversee effective business continuity and disaster recovery plans, policy and procedure~~ -Manage information security awareness training programs~~ -Provide regular and consistent reporting on the status of the information security program to the management~~ -Facilitate and conduct the internal audits based on ISO 27001, ISO 9001 standard and Organization’s IS policy, preparing gap analysis, reporting on areas of risk, preparing conclusions and recommendations for appropriate actions~~ -Facilitate the external audits based on ISO 27001, ISO 9001, regulatory system and network audits and reporting on areas of risk, preparing conclusions and recommendations for appropriate actions. End to end coordination for closures of the observations~~ -Ensure fulfill compliance requirements within stipulated timeline as received from SEBI, NCIIPC, CERT-In time to time~~ -Annual document review and closure gap identified within a timeline~~ -Prepare Technology related Circular Resolution, Agenda and MoM of top management committee meetings~~ -Identify and evaluate key risks and contributing to establishing audit scope~~ -Find gaps between processes and documentations~~ -Effectively interact with the communicate result to auditees, audit management and senior management~~ -Conduct Business Impact Analysis~~ -Conduct Management Review Meeting for ISO 27001 and 9001 standards~~ -Technical Skills Required~~ -Implementation, operation and maintenance of the Information Security Management System based on standards like ISO 27001, 9001~~ -Strong understand of C-SOC functioning and different tools used for cyber security~~ -Develop, maintain and publish up-to-date information security policies, procedures and guidelines~~ -Implement Information / Cyber Security programs in compliance with relevant laws, regulations like SEBI~~
