**CCI** is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Instrumentation Technician to join our dynamic team. As an Instrumentation Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the proper functioning, calibration, and maintenance of a wide range of industrial instruments and control systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in maximizing the efficiency and accuracy of our clients' processes across various industries.

**Responsibilities**:
**Installation and Commissioning**: Install, set up, and calibrate instrumentation and control systems, including pressure, temperature, level, flow, and analytical instruments. Ensure proper integration of these systems with existing equipment and processes.

**Maintenance and Troubleshooting**: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting of instrumentation and control systems. Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

**Calibration and Testing**: Conduct calibration and testing of instrumentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards and client specifications. Maintain detailed records of calibration procedures and results.

**Repairs and Replacements**: Identify faulty components and perform repairs or replacements as needed. Coordinate with suppliers to obtain necessary parts and equipment.

**Preventive Maintenance**: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for instrumentation and control systems to prevent breakdowns and reduce potential failures.

**Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Promote a safe working environment and actively participate in safety meetings and training.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all work performed, including service reports, calibration records, and equipment logs.

**Client Support**: Communicate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide technical support and guidance. Address client inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.

**Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other team members, engineers, and project managers to execute projects effectively and meet project deadlines.

**Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated with advancements in instrumentation technology and industry trends. Suggest and implement improvements to enhance the performance and efficiency of instrumentation systems.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Background**:High school diploma or equivalent, with additional technical certifications or vocational training in instrumentation, electronics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as an Instrumentation Technician or in a similar role within the instrumentation industry. Experience working with a variety of industrial instruments and control systems is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints. Strong understanding of electrical circuits and instrumentation principles. Familiarity with various testing and calibration equipment.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze complex technical problems and implement effective solutions. Strong troubleshooting capabilities to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- **Safety Consciousness**: Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and regulations. Knowledge of safety procedures related to working with electrical systems and hazardous environments.
- **Communication**:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of effectively communicating technical information to clients and team members.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to work in different environments, both in the field and the workshop. Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- **Team Player**: A collaborative attitude, able to work effectively within a team and independently.

**Salary**: From ₹15,500.00 per month
