CAMPUS LAUNDRY SUPERVISOR:
As a Laundry Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the laundry department in a residential, commercial, or hospitality setting. You will be responsible for ensuring that all laundry services are executed efficiently, adhering to established standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. Your role will involve supervising a team of laundry attendants and managing the overall workflow to ensure smooth operations.

Supervise Laundry Operations: Manage and direct the activities of the laundry department, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing.

Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise laundry attendants, assigning work schedules, and monitoring performance to maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency. Provide guidance, support, and coaching to employees as needed.

Quality Control: Ensure that all laundry services meet established quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of finished laundry items to verify cleanliness, proper folding, and overall presentation.

Inventory Management: Maintain an inventory of laundry supplies, such as detergents, fabric softeners, and cleaning agents. Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage budgetary constraints.

Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of laundry equipment, promptly addressing any malfunctions or issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.

Safety and Sanitation: Implement and enforce safety protocols and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment. Train employees on safe handling of chemicals and equipment.

Customer Service: Interact with customers, address their concerns, and ensure their satisfaction with laundry services. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide assistance as required.

Reporting and Documentation: Prepare regular reports on laundry operations, including productivity, inventory usage, and equipment maintenance. Maintain accurate records of laundry volumes, expenses, and customer feedback.

**Salary**: ₹13,035.15 - ₹35,000.00 per month
