Co-ordinator (Warping, Sizing, Weaving)

**BASIC**:
1. Minimum Qualification - Bachelor's **Degree/Diploma in Textile Field.**

2. Minimum **3-5 years of experience** in managing or coordinating **warping, sizing, and weaving operations**, including familiarity with the related machinery.

**TECHNICAL**:

- **Warping Process**:

- Understanding the process of **preparing yarn** on the beam for weaving.
- Knowledge of **direct** and **sectional warping machines** and their setup.
- Familiarity with different types of warps (cotton, synthetic, blends) and their specific requirements.
- **Sizing Process**:

- Understanding of **sizing parameters** like viscosity, moisture content, and size pick-up to ensure quality during weaving.
- **Weaving Process**:

- Familiarity with different **weaving looms** (e.g., shuttle looms, rapier looms, air-jet looms).
- Understanding the **loom setup**, fabric structure (plain, twill, satin), and warp and weft parameters.
- Knowledge of **loom efficiency**, downtime analysis, and troubleshooting weaving defects like broken ends, selvedge issues, and fabric defects.
- **Machinery and Technology**:

- In-depth knowledge of machines used in warping, sizing, and weaving, including modern automation and electronic controls.
- Ability to oversee the **maintenance** and **troubleshooting** of equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure smooth operations.
- Familiarity with **machine settings** to optimize production, minimize waste, and improve fabric quality.
- **Process Control and Optimization**:

- Experience with process control in warping, sizing, and weaving to ensure **consistent quality** and **production efficiency**.
- Understanding of **key performance indicators** (KPIs) like loom efficiency, production output, and yarn waste.
- Knowledge of **production planning tools** and software to ensure on-time delivery.
- **Quality Control**:

- Understanding of **quality control standards** for yarn and fabric throughout the warping, sizing, and weaving processes.
- Ability to inspect and monitor the production at various stages to ensure that the yarn and fabric meet the required quality standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
