**Job Description**:
**As an Executive
- Customer Service, your primary duties and responsibilities will include**:
- Adhering to toll compliance regulations.
- Managing customer service for Sales and Nomination shipments in Pune. Negotiating rates with carriers and overseas networks. Handling pricing for Sales business, Toll counterpart, agents, and customs.
- Maintaining shipment count and profit reports for Pune shipments.
- Booking shipments based on agreed rates and contracts.
- Ensuring payment before releasing documents for COD customers.
- Improving customer satisfaction through quality service. Monitoring clearance and timely delivery of shipments.
**About you**:
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- Prior experience in managing customer service for sales and nomination shipments in Pune. Negotiating rates with carriers and overseas networks.
- Booking shipments based on agreed rates and contracts.
- Improving customer satisfaction through quality service. Monitoring clearance and timely delivery of shipments.
