We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Telecaller. As a Telecaller at Surprise Ville, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients, understanding their event needs, and promoting our services. **Key Responsibilities**:
1. Contact potential clients via telephone to introduce Surprise Ville's services and offerings.

2. Engage in effective and persuasive conversations to generate interest and leads for the sales team.

3. Maintain a database of prospective clients, updating information accurately.

4. Provide information about various event planning packages, promotions, and special offers.

5. Follow up on inquiries and leads to convert them into confirmed bookings.

6. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement targeted calling campaigns.

7. Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and conversion.

**Qualifications**:
1. Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and engaging phone manner.

2. Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related role is preferred.

3. Ability to articulate the value proposition of Surprise Ville's services effectively.

4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

5. Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
