ADROIT is a leading Recruitment Agency, catering manpower recruitment services for our valued client companies. We are dealing with various reputed National & MNC companies at the Global level to provide manpower at the Pan India Level.
We are currently hiring for the below position for our reputed Client:
**Position: Back Office Executive**
**Experience: 1 Year**
**Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat**
**Roles and Responsibility**:
- Collect, organize, and maintain data in various systems and databases. Ensure data accuracy
and integrity.
- Prepare, update, and manage documents, reports, and records. Ensure all documentation is complete and stored appropriately.
- Assist with scheduling, planning, and coordinating meetings and events. Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Ensure all activities comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory. Place orders as needed.
- Identify and resolve operational issues to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues promptly.
**Qualifications**:
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Experience: 1 + years of experience in an administrative or back office role.
**Skills**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**About Company**:
6 Days working : Monday To Saturday
Time-(10 :30 AM to 7:00 PM).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
