**Position Overview**: The Housekeeping Supervisor cum Day Care Incharge oversees the cleanliness and orderliness of the preschool while ensuring a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for children during day care hours. The incumbent will supervise a housekeeping helper and coordinate tasks to maintain the facility's cleanliness and hygiene.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
**Housekeeping Supervision **Oversee the day-to-day tasks of the housekeeping helper, ensuring all areas are cleaned and sanitized.
Ensure that cleaning supplies are stored safely and are out of the reach of children.
Coordinate periodic deep cleaning and decluttering sessions.
Replenish restroom supplies, such as soap and paper products, as necessary.
Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to the management.
Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines and procedures.

**Day Care Incharge **Supervise children during day care hours, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate physical, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Assist children with daily routines, such as meals, naps, and personal hygiene.
Communicate regularly with parents about their child's day, milestones, or concerns.
Maintain daily records of children's activities, meals, and naps.
Ensure all toys and equipment are clean and safe for children's use.
Adhere to all licensing standards and regulations.

**General Responsibilities **Coordinate with other staff, teachers, and the housekeeping helper for smooth day-to-day operations.
Attend staff meetings and training as required.
Stay updated with early childhood care best practices.
Handle emergencies with calmness and professionalism.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Preschool Director/Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in supervisory roles, preferably in a preschool or childcare setting.
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with children of various ages and backgrounds.
- A genuine love and patience for children.
- First Aid and CPR certification is an advantage.
- Background check and references may be required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹11,454.79 - ₹20,368.34 per month
