**Roles and Responsibilities**
- **To control and regulate hostel-related activities.**:

- **Due care is to be given to food, accommodation, and other infrastructure in the hostel.**:

- **Ability to manage time effectively.**:

- **Supervision of neatness and cleanliness of the hostel and surroundings.**:

- **Ensure Discipline should be maintained, and a friendly environment is a very essential part of hostel Warden Has to take Care of the Discipline of the hostel.**:

- **Involve supervising security, making inspections, carrying out disciplinary procedures, writing reports, managing admissions, and liaising with other professional staff who visit the prison, such as medical staff, probation officers, and social workers.**:

- **Handling the complete Hostel Maintenance work**:

- **Handling all the problems and responsibility of students in the Hostel**:

- **Handling all the First Aid Problems of the Students.**:

- **Solving personal problems relating to personal lives and studies of the students.**:

- **Providing moral support to the students for better performance and must look after the welfare of the students.**:

- **To promote and administer sports and cultural activities of inmates.**:

- **Maintain discipline at the hostel**:

- **Taking necessary actions on student queries**:

- **Repair and maintenance of Hostel, mess, etc.**:

- **Keeping a check on the in and out of Hostel gate entry, issuing entry /exit passes to students.**:

- **Taking rounds of hostel regularly and interact with students**:

- **Monitor and permit guests visiting students**:

- **Ensure adequate security, sanitation, and essentials for students**:

- **To ensure supply of quality food in hostel mess**

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kallakkurichchi, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 4 years (preferred)
