1. Following the safety practices and good house keeping practices
- 2.Updating the records provided in the system
- 3. Reporting to the Head regarding the shift activities
- 4.To carryout daily maintenance activities in furnace
- 5. Achieving the production targets
- 6. Communicate to the workers regarding the daily production & non-conformances
- 7. Planning production furnace wise as per the shift planning
- 8.Taking the production as per the work instruction and procedures
- 9.Communicate to the workers for raw materials loading and additives based on the charge calculation
- 10. To monitor the furnace lining condition
- 11.To arrange the sample for spectro / CE meter analysis and make corrections in metal based on the results, to meet control plan requirements
- 12. To ensure the metal is tapped with required temperature given in control plan

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Rotational shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- FOUNDRY MAINTANENCE: 8 years (preferred)
