As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing, user-friendly, and effective website designs that align with our brand and business objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and content creators, to deliver outstanding web experiences that engage and captivate our audience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Web Designer, showcasing a strong portfolio of web design projects.
- Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Bootstrap, etc.).
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of user-centered design and usability principles.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
