:
As a Stock Audit Executive, you will be responsible for conducting thorough audits of our stock inventory to identify discrepancies, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain accurate records. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to resolve issues and implement process improvements.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Inventory Audits:
- Planned and execute regular audits of stock inventory across all locations, including warehouses, distribution centres, and retail stores.
- Conduct physical counts of stock items, comparing actual inventory levels with electronic records and identifying any discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with inventory management policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
2. Discrepancy Resolution:
- Investigate root causes of stock discrepancies, such as shrinkage, damaged goods, inaccurate record-keeping, or theft.
- Work closely with warehouse personnel, procurement teams, and other relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Document findings and provide recommendations for process improvements to prevent future discrepancies.
3. Data Analysis:
- Analyze audit results and inventory data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Generate reports summarizing audit findings, including discrepancies, variances, and corrective actions taken.
- Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis to optimize inventory management processes.
4. Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that stock audit procedures adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing stock to verify product quality, condition, and compliance with specifications.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address any quality issues or non-conforming products identified during audits.
5. Training and Education:
- Provide training and guidance to warehouse staff and other relevant personnel on stock audit procedures, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Promote a culture of accountability and accuracy in inventory management through ongoing education and communication.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce( B.Com), Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in stock auditing, inventory control, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve stock discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of inventory management best practices, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Commerce( B.Com), Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred) with 2+ years of related experience.
