**Position description**: We are looking for a Purchasing Officer to buy products that are essential for our company’s day-to-day operations. You will review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Carry out training on the processing of Purchase Orders on the Coda accounting system to CCS staff, and assist with raising Purchase Orders where necessary.
- Prepare payment runs, ensuring all payments are genuine and have been correctly accounted for.
- Ensuring CCS meets targets set for timely payment to suppliers. Complete analysis of non compliance and delays for senior management.

**Educational qualifications preferred**
- **Degree**: Bachelor of Commerce - BCom, Master of Commerce - MCom

**Required work experience**
- **Role**: Accounts Payable Executive

- Strong problem-solving skills and work ethics- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
