**As a Sustainability Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for**:

- Create a framework to drive action for the take back / circular economy programme.
- Develop a roadmap to reach impact targets and stimulate progress through collaborative action-oriented work streams.
- Responsible for Planning, Execution, Monitoring of Take back programme.
- Plan collection sources, quantities, funds required and awareness program for successful execution of take back program.
- Engage citizens through interactive awareness sessions to give specific packaging waste to The Kabadiwala.
- Work on creating a smart plan which increase collection but reduces Operation cost, Activation cost and other cost to make the camping self-sustainable.
- Connect with right recyclers to get max value from collected waste.
- Measure and report progress.
- Manage and train team of city coordinators to support the take back initiative
- Experience of 2 Years in managing CSR / sustainability projects for Brands or NGO
- On the ground experience preferred
- Able to create an impact through successful planning and implementation of take back campaigns
- Understanding of sources from where the used packaging/product can be collected.
- Willing to work in waste and sustainability sector.
- Willingness to work on the field.
- Travel across targeted cities Skills required.
- Proficiency in MS office.
- Strong work ethics.
- Very organized and attention to details.
- Hungry to learn and grow.
- Can troubleshoot on their own

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
