You can either work from home or from our offices.- **Responsibilities**:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a host of assigned searches.
- Conduct screening interviews over the phone.

**Required Skills**:

- Manage expectations with the hiring managers.
- Adept at communicating effectively across all levels.
- Capable of working successfully within a team as well as independently.
- Pro-active and hands-on attitude to work.
- Partner with hiring managers to gather requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.

**Requirements**:
**Required Experience**
- Minimum of 1-3 years of recruiting experience.
- Banking and technology recruitment experience preferred.
- Extensive sourcing experience using social networks, research and personal network.
- Fluency in English.
- A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google work space.

- **Environment **:Work remotely, indoor, moderate noise levels, Maintain availability of good computer hardware, software, database, Internet and phone connectivity.

- Each position will have a sourcing fee mentioned, so the associate will have the information about the payment before taking up the assignments. You choose based on your capabilities, network and fee sharing. Fee nothing less than 50% of the fee collected.

**How does it work ?**
- Mintskill informs you by publishing the requirement and notifying in portal itself.
- Mintskill reviews submissions & passes to employers for further review
- Upon Joining, enter the information to Billing.
- Mintskill Sends Invoice and Employer awards payout to Mintskill
- Mintskill passes 50% of the payout to you upon collection.
