Job Title: IT Sales Executive

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Business Development**:

- Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling to expand the client base.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and business opportunities.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and foster relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable IT solutions to meet their business requirements.
- **Sales Presentations**:

- Deliver persuasive sales presentations to showcase the value propositions of our IT products and services.
- Address client inquiries and concerns effectively.
- **Proposal and Contract Negotiation**:

- Prepare detailed proposals and quotes, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and terms of agreement.
- **Sales Targets**:

- Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals and achieving revenue goals.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and updates to the sales management team.
- **Market Intelligence**:

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Use market intelligence to position our IT solutions effectively.
- **Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and marketing departments, to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the organization.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance.
- **Customer Retention**:

- Proactively engage with existing clients to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on the latest developments in IT products and services.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-driven with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales methodologies.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced IT sales environment.
- Knowledge of market trends and emerging technologies in the IT industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
